The lounge has high ceilings and comprises of a beautifully decorated family room overlooking the pool area with separate dining area , a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge freezer which has an ice maker and water dispenser, cooker and hob, waste disposal unit and numerous small electricals for your convenience.<\/p>\n

For your added comfort there is air conditioning throughout, full laundry facilities, a 50″ HD ready TV in the family room, our new Toy Corner for our younger guests, and also the villa is fully alarmed to ensure your peace of mind.\u00a0 You can now watch your own Netflix with your regular serials while you are here. We have it all set up so you can relax with your own favorites!<\/p>\n

The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience, including a cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, automatic ice machine, dishwasher, air fryer, sandwich maker, kettle and coffee machine. There is a large breakfast bar with enough seating for four people for you to congregate at each end of the day.<\/p>\n

If you need to do any laundry, you will find a large capacity washing machine, tumble drier, iron, and ironing board in the laundry room. All bed linen and towels are provided for your needs.<\/p>\n

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.<\/p>\n

The first master bedroom set out as a king. It has a large luxurious en-suite complete with a generous sized corner bath, walk in shower and large walk in closet.<\/p>\n

The second master bedroom is set out as a queen with en-suite which also is en suite with large walk in shower and walk in closet. All rooms have cable TV there is hairdryers\u00a0& straightener\u2019s in the bathrooms.<\/p>\n

Bedroom three is a double room while four and five are twin rooms which are decorated to high standard or you could choose our pink room or our sporty room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the spacious garage there is a Games room featuring a pool table, table football , table tennis and Toy Corner for our younger guests.<\/p>\n

To the rear of the villa is the stunning 26 x 13 ft pool and spa with covered lanai and offers private space for your family.<\/p>\n

The pool area boasts an extended pool deck ideal for sunbathing and is east facing so benefits from sunshine from breakfast until late afternoon and is not overlooked <\/span><\/strong>so offers our guests great privacy.<\/p>\n

Pool doors are alarmed and we also have a pool safety screen so you can sit outside and children are safe at all times.<\/p>\n

Management Company – Looking after your needs<\/h1>\n

Our extremely efficient, friendly and local Management Company in Florida maintains the villa to the highest of standards both internally and externally.<\/p>\n

You will find a complete folder of information in the villa on your arrival. You will be required to pay a security deposit of \u00a3300 \/ $400 2 weeks before arrival, which will be refunded within 28 days of your return if the management company reports that all is well. The Villa is strictly non smoking.<\/p>\n

The home is disabled friendly, and we have a ramp available for access into the home. The ground floor is all level access and the light switches are at a lower level. There is a WC and closet also on the ground floor. Access to the pool are is via the sliding doors and a very small step.<\/p>\n

Complimentary use of large pushchairs, high chair and large crib and linen. We \u00a0also have \u00a0stairgate to make sure your children are catered for.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
