Your home is a half mile from Publix, and a half mile to the Regional Community Park of Polk County, where you can jog round the mile and a half track, or play tennis, or watch the Baseball and Mini leagues on a Saturday and Sunday. At the rear of the park is the beautiful Lake Davenport, where you can fish from the jetty, or sit under the trees and listen to the wildlife. Jet ski’s are available for hire at the weekend.
